Cautionary Note on Future Production by LSC

Potential LCE production figures relating to any of LSC’s salars are conceptual estimates only and are not based upon any current mineral resource estimate and should not be relied upon. Further, any such conceptual production estimates for LCE on LSC’s salars may be altered depending on the construction of a future regional production facility at Enirgi Group’s Salar del Rincon project and the sale by LSC of brine to that facility.

The construction of a regional production facility by Enirgi is outside of the control of LSC. Further the construction of a regional production facility at Salar del Rincon is currently at the feasibility study planning stage and commencement of construction remains subject, among other things, to receipt of necessary funding and final permitting. There can be no assurance such a facility will be constructed as anticipated.

While the Company considers these assumptions to be reasonable based on information currently available to it, they may prove to be incorrect. These factors may cause the actual results of the Company to differ materially from those discussed in the forward-looking statements, and there can be no assurance that the actual results or developments anticipated by management will be realized or, even if substantially realized, that they will have the expected results on the Company. Undue importance should not be placed on forward-looking information nor should reliance be placed upon this information as of any other date.
