Ian Stalker is a senior international mining executive with over forty-five years of “hands on” experience in resource development, mine construction, and operations in Europe, Africa, South America, and Australia. He has been responsible for managing development of over twelve major mining projects from initial exploration drilling to start-up including gold, base metal, uranium and industrial minerals. Mr. Stalker is also experienced with developing corporate strategies that have resulted in a range of M&A; and company growth options. Mr. Stalker is a graduate in chemical engineering from Strathclyde University, Glasgow, Scotland.

Carlos Galli is an Industrial Engineer graduate from the School of Engineering - University of Buenos Aires. He worked at ADY Resources (a subsidiary of Enirgi Group) from 2010 to 2017, first as Industrial Manager and then as General Manager of Operations. Mr. Galli has participated in the construction and management of a safe and sustainable lithium carbonate plant operation in the Puna plateau of Argentina, which delivered product to five countries. Among his past work experiences, he was an Industrial Segments Manager in SKF Latin America and a Process Technology Business Manager in Alfa Laval.

Carolyn Stroz is a lawyer specializing in corporate and securities law in the mining and exploration sector. Ms. Stroz started her career as a securities lawyer at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP where she developed a broad spectrum of experience representing public and private companies and investment dealers in a variety of transactions, including corporate financings and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining LSC, Ms. Stroz served as legal counsel for Enirgi Group Corporation. Ms. Stroz obtained a Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of Western Ontario and an Honours Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Ms. Stroz currently serves on the Board of Directors of De La Salle College "Oaklands" and on the Organization of Women in International Trade, Toronto. Ms. Stroz is a member of the Ontario Bar and is CSC certified.
